Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Automotive, Aftermarket, $2000, ID13643):

1. Sales Implementation and Target Delivery

  • Contribute to revenue growth and help meet sales objectives across assigned accounts and territories
  • Carry out sales strategies and action plans aligned with overall company direction
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure
  • Proactively identify business opportunities and take initiative to expand sales

2. Key Account and Channel Partner Management

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and major partners
  • Handle daily operations with distributors to ensure efficiency and performance consistency
  • Support both sell-in and sell-out activities within the distribution network
  • Ensure all activities comply with company guidelines and strategic direction

3. Market Expansion and Channel Development

  • Grow the customer network and explore new opportunities within the aftermarket segment
  • Conduct frequent visits to distributors, sub-dealers, and service workshops
  • Assist in executing go-to-market strategies across distribution channels
  • Provide on-the-ground insights to enhance sales performance

4. Sales Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track sales results and customer engagement activities
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective measures
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates as needed

5. Marketing and Commercial Execution

  • Support and implement marketing initiatives such as promotional programs, events, and campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure effective execution
  • Gather market input and contribute to ongoing business improvements

6. Market Intelligence and Internal Communication

  • Collect and analyze market information, including customer demands and competitor movements
  • Share insights with internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions
  • Serve as a key liaison between customers and internal departments

Requirement

  • Male/Female: under 45 years old
  • Bachelor Degree in Business major or related major.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales or key client management in automotive industry
  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket parts industry is preferred.
  • English proficiency in 4 skills
