Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested logistics company, now looking for a Sales Manager (Logistics, $2000, ID13455):
- In charge of growing the company's 3PL and global freight forwarding business in Vietnam by providing sales leadership.
- Sell value-added 3PL solutions, worldwide transportation (air & sea) including customs brokerage, P.O./vendor management, consolidation/CFS.
- Identify and cultivate qualified leads, converting them into prospects and customers through the sales process.
- Maintain steady flow of deals of various sorts and stages into the sales pipeline.
- Promote the company's services, always moving relationships up the value chain toward the advisory level (value added role).
- Advocate for both the firm and the customer, seeking win-win solutions to extend and deepen client relationships.
- Make regular visits to eligible prospects and clients in accordance with management directives in order to drive the business.
- Other related jobs as assigned by the BOD.
Requirement
- Male/Female: Age: under 45 years old.
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Maritime, Foreign Trade or related majors.
- From 3 - 5 years of experience in the same position in the Freight Forwarding/ 3PLs field, 1 year at the management role.
- Experience of contract logistics is a priority.
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Works independently and good at team working
- Good English skills.
