Job Description
-
Develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies, sales policies, and growth directions aligned with the company's objectives.

Approve, monitor, and take responsibility for business plans, contracts, and revenue-profit targets.

Manage overall business operations, coordinate affiliated units to ensure operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
-
Lead, direct, and oversee R&D activities to develop new products/services and enhance market competitiveness.
-
Collaborate in building and improving customer care systems to foster a sustainable customer base.
-
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with domestic and international stakeholders, including clients and partners.
-
Manage budgets, debts, and standard costs to ensure financial efficiency.
-
Oversee customer and market data management, conduct analysis, and leverage insights for business planning.

Recruit, train, and develop business & R&D personnel, evaluate performance based on KPIs and job descriptions.

Prepare periodic reports and undertake other duties as required by the Board of Directors.

Deep understanding of the company's business sector, strategic thinking, and market development orientation.

Ability to work under high pressure and willingness to travel frequently.

Sharp analytical skills, decisiveness, responsibility, creativity, and continuous learning mindset.

Proficiency in office IT, reporting, data analysis, and synthesis.

Outstanding soft skills: communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving, leadership, and team-building.

Ability to analyze and evaluate markets, develop business plans, and ensure effective operations
Requirement
-
Degree: Bachelor's or Master's.

Major: Tourism, Services, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, including at least 2 years in an equivalent executive management position.

Proficient in English (all four skills); knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.

Experience in cooperating and building relationships with domestic and international service partners.
-
Preference for candidates with strategic thinking ability, experience in multinational service management, or developing new business models.
