Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Recruitment Team Leader (Manufacturing, $1400, ID12028)
- Responsible for weekly/monthly/yearly recruitment planning to meet the human resource needs of the company's departments
- Monitor and track recruitment activities of the recruitment team
- Carrying out communication, networking and recruitment activities
- Responsible for organizing orientation training courses for new employees
- Report directly to the Senior Manager on the work of the recruitment department
Requirement
- Male, Female; Age: 25 - 40 years old
- Graduated from University, majoring in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields
- Have at least 3 years of experience in recruitment, prefer experience in manufacturing units
- Have management experience is an advantage
- Good at English
