Job Description
-
Conduct research related to swine, feed, and veterinary practices.
-
Design, conduct, and manage trials for new feed products.
-
Evaluate new solutions in the areas of nutrition, farm management, medication, vaccination, and environmental control to reduce stress, diarrhea, and mortality in swine.
-
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for other business units.
-
Support farm operations in management and disease treatment when required.
-
Share knowledge and updates with TIC members and other departments.
-
Conduct training sessions for sales staff on pig feed, nutrition, medications, vaccines, and farm management practices.
Requirement
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Science or Veterinary Medicine.
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in swine farm management, swine nutrition, or related fields.
-
Proven experience in research project implementation and experimental design.
-
English communication at work.
