Job Description
-
Manage and oversee all operations within the R&D department.
-
Lead research initiatives to design and develop innovative materials in line with company objectives.
-
Supervise product development activities, particularly focusing on UV-reactive materials, thermal materials, films, production processes, and formulations.
-
Assess material characteristics and ensure products meet performance standards.
-
Mentor and manage the R&D team, including training, performance assessments, and fostering team growth.
-
Collaborate across departments—including Production, QA, and Sales—to ensure smooth commercialization of new products.

Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend new research pathways
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field
-
Minimum of 5 years in R&D, ideally within large corporations
-
Track record of leading R&D projects from concept initiation to successful commercialization.

Expertise in utilizing analytical instruments like GC-MS and FT-IR.
-
Strong project management capabilities, including planning, task delegation, and evaluating team performance.

Exceptional communication, reporting, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
