Job Description
- Lead and manage the Development team in designing and developing high-performance insoles for footwear applications
- Research material properties, manufacturing processes, and emerging technologies to improve product quality and durability
- Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure R&D activities align with business goals
- Oversee tooling tests for new projects as assigned by the Development Manager or related departments
- Supervise prototyping, testing, and validation to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations
- Coordinate with suppliers throughout the product development cycle, from concept to mass production
- Ensure product compliance with company standards for performance, aesthetics, and cost-efficiency
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to turn design concepts into manufacturable products
- Lead project planning, issue resolution, and timeline management with the team
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: Under 40 years old
- Graduate from University
- Have 5 years of experience in R&D about PU foam insole, with strong knowledge of PU pouring and PU foam applications for outsole components such as insoles and midsoles
- Able to read 2D and 3D technical drawings; proficiency in Rhino 3D is a plus
- Good at English
