Job Description
- Conduct research and development activities for new products and improve existing products based on customer and market requirements.
- Design, test, and validate product specifications, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Analyze technical issues and propose effective solutions to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and sales teams to support product development and commercialization.
- Prepare technical documents, test reports, drawings, and product specifications.
- Monitor product performance, conduct root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support customers and internal departments with technical consultations, troubleshooting, and product-related inquiries.
Requirement
Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical fields
3 years of experience in R&D engineering for mechanical products, molds, automotive and motorcycle components
Good command of written English and fair verbal communication skills
