Job Description
Mức lương 1400 đô la/tháng ++ đang chờ đón! Chúng tôi đang tuyển dụng Quản Lý Vận Hành (Bếp Ăn Công Nghiệp, ID17636) cho một công ty đầu tư Việt Nam:
-
Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý chi phí và lợi nhuận hoạt động của bếp ăn.
-
Quản lý nhân sự bộ phận bếp và theo dõi danh sách khách hàng phục vụ.
-
Đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn về an toàn thực phẩm và vệ sinh trong khu vực bếp.
-
Giám sát hoạt động vận hành tại các điểm kinh doanh được giao phụ trách.
-
Kiểm soát chặt chẽ chi phí nguyên vật liệu, nhân sự và ngân sách theo định mức chi phí mục tiêu của công ty.
-
Thực hiện xây dựng đề án điều chỉnh giá suất ăn, lập các báo cáo cải tiến quy trình hoạt động.
-
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, 30-45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng các khối ngành về Thực phẩm / Chế biến món ăn / Kinh tế.
- Có kinh nghiệm 5 năm trở lên ở vị trí Quản lý khu vực/Quản lý vận hành tại các công ty kinh doanh dịch vụ bếp ăn công nghiệp hoặc chuỗi nhà hàng.
- Có khả năng quản lý chi phí, quản lý nhân sự & quản lý VSATTP.
- Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng tốt.
