Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Quản Lý Sản Xuất (Nhuộm Vải, $800, ID 19823)
- Quản lý và điều phối hoạt động bộ phận nhuộm vải dệt kim trong ca sản xuất.
- Giám sát quy trình nhuộm, thiết bị và các thông số kỹ thuật để đảm bảo chất lượng.
- Quản lý khoảng 100 công nhân, phân công công việc và đào tạo kỹ thuật.
- Kiểm soát hóa chất, thuốc nhuộm, chi phí vận hành trong quá trình sản xuất.
- Phối hợp với QC, Lab, Kế hoạch sản xuất, Bảo trì để đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng.
- Báo cáo tình hình sản xuất cho Giám đốc xưởng.
Requirement
- Nam, dưới 45 tuổi, sức khỏe tốt.
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học ngành Dệt may, Công nghệ nhuộm, Hóa dệt hoặc liên quan.
- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương tại nhà máy dệt nhuộm
- Am hiểu quy trình nhuộm vải, hóa chất nhuộm và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
- Có kỹ năng quản lý nhân sự và xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật.
- Biết tiếng Trung hoặc tiếng Anh là lợi thế.
