Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty Việt Nam trong lĩnh vực sản xuất, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Quản đốc Sản Xuất (Mỹ Phẩm, $1400, ID 18323):
- Quản lý hoạt động sản xuất, lập kế hoạch dựa trên đơn hàng và nhu cầu thị trường, đảm bảo đúng tiến độ
- Giám sát toàn bộ quy trình sản xuất, đảm bảo tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật và quy định về an toàn lao động
- Tổ chức, phân bổ hợp lý nhân lực, nguyên vật liệu và máy móc nhằm tối ưu hóa năng suất
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận QA/QC để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm đầu ra đạt tiêu chuẩn
- Đảm bảo toàn bộ máy móc, thiết bị luôn vận hành ổn định, đúng thông số kỹ thuật và sẵn sàng cho sản xuất
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, dưới 45 tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp đại học ngành công nghệ sinh học/hóa học, hóa mỹ phẩm, công nghệ thực phẩm,Quản lý doanh nghiệp, Cơ khí,..
- Có 3 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí tương đương trong lĩnh vực ngành sản xuất, ngành mỹ phẩm
