Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển vị trí Quản lý Phòng in (Dệt may, Tiếng Trung, 1000USD, ID 21165):
- Quản lý và vận hành các công đoạn in trên vải như: in lụa, in chuyển nhiệt, in kỹ thuật số,...
- Thiết lập, cài đặt thông số và vận hành máy in theo kế hoạch sản xuất.
- Pha màu, canh chỉnh bản in theo yêu cầu kỹ thuật; đảm bảo màu sắc và hoa văn đạt tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
- Kiểm soát chất lượng thành phẩm in: độ sắc nét, độ lệch màu, lệch vị trí, lỗi bề mặt,...
- Theo dõi tình trạng máy móc; xử lý các sự cố kỹ thuật cơ bản và phối hợp bảo trì khi cần thiết.
- Thực hiện vệ sinh, bảo dưỡng máy in định kỳ nhằm đảm bảo thiết bị hoạt động ổn định.
- Báo cáo sản lượng, hiệu suất vận hành và tình trạng máy móc cho cấp quản lý.
- Đào tạo kỹ thuật in, hướng dẫn thao tác máy cho nhân viên mới.
- Đánh giá tay nghề, hiệu suất làm việc và quản lý kỷ luật nhân sự trong bộ phận.
- Xây dựng đội ngũ kế thừa và nâng cao năng lực chuyên môn cho nhân viên.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn lao động, PCCC, môi trường và tiêu chuẩn 6S tại khu vực sản xuất.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan nhằm đảm bảo tiến độ và chất lượng sản xuất.
Requirement
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học các chuyên ngành:
- Công nghệ in
- Dệt may
- Hóa nhuộm
- Kỹ thuật công nghiệp
- Quản lý sản xuất hoặc các ngành liên quan
- Có từ 2 – 5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý phòng in hoặc vị trí tương đương trong ngành dệt may/hoàn tất vải.
- Am hiểu về:
- In chuyển nhiệt
- In kỹ thuật số trên vải
- Quản lý màu sắc
- Quy trình hoàn tất dệt may
- Tiếng Trung giao tiếp khá trong công việc.
- Có kỹ năng:
- Quản lý và điều phối sản xuất
- Xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật
- Quản lý nhân sự và đào tạo đội nhóm
- Lập kế hoạch, báo cáo công việc
- Có khả năng sử dụng hệ thống ERP là một lợi thế
