- Thiết lập chiến lược mở rộng thị trường và xác lập định hướng kinh doanh nhằm hiện thực hóa chỉ tiêu sản lượng đề ra.
- Tham gia tích cực vào việc khai thác, phát triển và duy trì quan hệ với các kênh phân phối chủ lực, đại lý chiến lược và khách hàng trọng điểm.
- Theo dõi, cập nhật và quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu liên quan đến các đại lý lớn, trang trại quy mô và khách hàng tiềm năng trong lĩnh vực nuôi tôm.
- Tìm kiếm và đề xuất các mô hình kinh doanh sáng tạo nhằm mở rộng mạng lưới phân phối.
- Thực hiện công tác đào tạo định kỳ, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm và kỹ năng về bán hàng và chăm sóc khách hàng trọng tâm cho đội ngũ nhân sự.
- Giám sát và thúc đẩy tiến trình thu hồi công nợ quá hạn hoặc vượt giới hạn định kỳ.
- Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ (tuần, tháng, quý, năm) trình Ban Giám đốc.
Requirement
- Nam, tuổi 35-45
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Nuôi trồng Thủy Sản, Bệnh học Thủy Sản hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong vai trò tương đương trong lĩnh vực thức ăn Thủy sản (đặc biệt Thức ăn cho Tôm)
- Sở hữu kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình hiệu quả.
- Có khả năng đàm phán và giải quyết vấn đề một cách linh hoạt và thuyết phục.
- Kỹ năng lãnh đạo vững vàng, có khả năng dẫn dắt và truyền cảm hứng cho đội ngũ.
