Mức lương 2.000 đô la/tháng đang chờ đón! Chúng tôi đang tuyển dụng Quản Lý Kinh Doanh Khu Vực (Thức ăn chăn nuôi, ID 17707)cho một công ty đầu tư nước ngoài:
- Xây dựng chiến lược phát triển thị trường & Định hướng kinh doanh để đạt mục tiêu sản lượng tại khu vực phụ trách
- Đào tạo và hỗ trợ cho nhân viên cấp dưới
- Hỗ trợ mở & tập trung phát triển kênh phân phối, các đại lý lớn trong khu vực và phát triển kênh bán hàng
- Thăm viếng định kỳ, quản lí thông tin của các đại lý lớn, trại lớn & khách hàng tiềm năng
- Đào tạo, chia sẻ các kĩ năng bán hàng, quản lý khách hàng mục tiêu cho các đồng nghiệp hàng tháng.
- Báo cáo tuần, tháng, quý, năm cho Ban Giám Đốc
- Quản lý & đôn đốc thu hồi nợ xấu, nợ vượt hàng tháng.
Requirement
- Giới tính: Nam; Độ tuổi: dưới 45 tuổi.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học.
- Có từ 05 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý Kinh doanh thức ăn chăn nuôi heo/gia cầm
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý tốt, chiến lược tốt
