Job Description
Khách hàng của chúng tôi là một công ty có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài, hiện đang tuyển Quản Lý Kho (Sản Xuất, Tiếng Trung, $960, ID19889)
- Hỗ trợ quản lý và điều hành hoạt động kiểm kê kho.
- Lập kế hoạch và tổ chức kiểm kê định kỳ (ngày/tuần/tháng/năm).
- Kiểm tra và đối chiếu số liệu tồn kho giữa hệ thống và thực tế.
- Phân tích, tìm nguyên nhân chênh lệch tồn kho và đề xuất phương án xử lý.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận Kho, Sản xuất, Mua hàng, Kế toán để xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến tồn kho.
- Quản lý, phân công và giám sát đội ngũ kiểm kê (từ 30 nhân viên trở lên).
- Đào tạo nhân viên về quy trình kiểm kê và quy trình quản lý kho.
- Cải tiến quy trình kiểm kê, quy trình quản lý kho nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả công việc.
- Lập báo cáo kiểm kê, báo cáo tồn kho và báo cáo phân tích cho Ban quản lý.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình nội bộ và quy định của công ty.
- Hỗ trợ các công việc quản lý kho khi cần thiết.
Requirement
- Nam/Nữ, dưới 45 tuổi.
- Thông thạo tiếng Trung (nghe, nói, đọc, viết).
- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý kho hoặc kiểm soát tồn kho trong nhà máy sản xuất.
- Có kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý và đào tạo nhân viên.
- Am hiểu quy trình quản lý kho, kiểm kê, kiểm soát tồn kho.
- Kỹ năng phân tích số liệu, xử lý vấn đề và lập báo cáo.
- Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao.
