Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for Quality Vice Director/ Director (Electronic Board, 2000$, ID13733)
- Lead the Quality Department, encompassing IQC, IPQC, OQC, QA, and Reliability teams.
- Develop, implement, and uphold quality standards for PCB/PCBA manufacturing in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and related systems.
- Formulate and execute QA strategies aimed at achieving zero-defect production.
- Manage key quality functions, including incoming material inspection, in-process quality control, final product quality checks, and handling customer returns.
- Conduct and guide root-cause investigations using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, and DOE.
- Drive continuous improvement programs to minimize defects, enhance yield, and optimize processes.
- Approve, evaluate, and audit suppliers of PCB materials, components, chemicals, and other critical items.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and R&D teams to proactively prevent quality issues.
- Ensure full compliance with customer requirements, technical standards, and industry regulations.
- Represent the organization during customer audits, assessments, and quality-related meetings.
- Define quality KPIs and establish reporting systems to support management reviews and decision-making.
Requirement
- Male / Female, 35 – 45 years old
- University degree required.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Quality Management in electronic circuit board (PCB/PCBA) manufacturing.
- Fluent in English
