Job Description
Quality Specialist (Electronics, ID19825) wanted for a foreign- invested company! $1100/month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Support quality improvement activities in the production process (IPQC) as directed by the Quality Manager.
- Participate in defect analysis and root cause analysis (5Why, Fishbone, 8D, PDCA, etc.) and propose improvement actions.
- Support customer quality responses (attend meetings, prepare documents, defect analysis reports, and improvement reports).
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve arising quality issues.
- Support training and knowledge sharing on quality improvement for Team Leaders and Engineers when required.
- Participate in internal audits or customer audits as assigned.
Requirement
- Male, under 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or other technical majors, with knowledge and experience in quality management
- At least 5 years of experience in QA within an electronics manufacturing factory
- Good at English
