Job Description
-
Lead and maintain the plant’s quality management system in compliance with internal and customer requirements.

Implement, audit, and continuously improve ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 systems.

Supervise all quality control activities across die-casting, machining, finishing, and assembly processes.

Coordinate internal and external audits, manage corrective actions, and represent the company during customer audits.

Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, identify root causes of quality issues using 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, and drive corrective/preventive actions.

Manage and train the quality team, ensuring high performance and compliance with standards.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and customer service departments to drive quality improvements.

Promote a quality-driven culture and ensure full adherence to automotive quality systems.
Requirement
- Male, 33 - 47 years old,
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality-related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role within manufacturing auto and motorbike parts
- Strong command of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 standards.
- English communication in work
