Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a QC Manager (Steel, $1000, ID12613)
- Plan and allocate QC personnel across shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the production process, and make quality-related decisions in accordance with established standards.
- Oversee the implementation of ISO procedures across all departments, identify and resolve nonconformities, and ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system.
- Coordinate customer and Sales Department requests for product sorting by arranging the necessary manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Investigate and resolve customer quality complaints, working closely with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Carry out any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirement
- Gender: Male; Age: 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the steel rolling, galvanizing, or pre-painted steel manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of technical standards for pre-painted galvanized steel sheets, such as JIS G3312, ASTM, and EN standards.
- Good understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
- Good command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
