Job Description
QA Staff (Garment, ID18336) wanted for a foreign-invested company! $800$/ month salary + opportunities to grow!
- Manage factory product quality – Ensure all manufactured products comply with quality standards prior to release.
- Oversee quality processes from fabric inspection to shipment
- Identify and understand customer requirements
- Organize quality training programs – Conduct sessions to enhance the knowledge, skills, and awareness of manufacturing and QC staff
- Develop and maintain a Quality MIS – Establish tools for tracking, reporting, and analyzing quality performance data.
- Lead and participate in quality meetings – Collaborate across departments to review, evaluate, and improve quality outcomes.
- Conduct pre-final and final inspections – Verify that finished products fully meet standards before delivery
- Prepare and provide required documentation – Submit reports and quality-related records as requested.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints – Coordinate with relevant teams to identify root causes, implement corrective and preventive measures, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirement
- Male or Female, under 40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2 years of experience as a QA vendor in outwear products- solid knowledge of QA processes at vendor factories.
- Good at English
- Proficient in MS Office and related computer skills.
