Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a QA Staff (Garment, $900, ID 21186)
- Establish and implement customer quality standards within factory operations, including staff training and compliance evaluation.
- Support customer audits and visits, coordinate with production teams on quality communication, and resolve production quality issues.
- Approve samples and production processes, issue inspection and corrective action reports, and prepare quality documentation in Vietnamese and English.
- Conduct pre-production meetings, communicate garment inspection standards, perform inline inspections and spot checks, and monitor corrective actions.
- Carry out pre-final and final inspections in accordance with customer AQL standards, including rework verification and shipment approval.
- Analyze factory quality performance, customer feedback, and defect trends; prepare regular reports and recommend continuous improvement actions to management.
Requirement
- Male or Female, under 42 years old
- College degree or above, preferably in Textile/Garment-related majors
- Minimum 3 years of experience in garment quality assurance or quality control (QA/QC), especially for jackets; familiar with down jackets and T-shirts
- Good at English
