Job Description
-
Lead daily operations and performance of the QA department.
-
Report and advise the Management Board on raw material and finished product quality.
-
Inspect, evaluate, and improve quality processes across departments in line with company standards.
-
Maintain and implement quality management systems (ISO, Kaizen, 5S, etc.).
-
Monitor customer complaints and feedback related to product quality.
-
Develop company-wide quality management and procedural systems.
-
Conduct annual supplier evaluations, analyze results, and report to management.
-
Collaborate with HR in recruitment and training of QA staff.
Requirement
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Technology or related field.
-
Experience: Minimum 5 years in supervisory or managerial roles within plastic, footwear, or helmet manufacturing industries.

Skills:
-
Strong planning, communication, and presentation abilities.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and effective team player.

Solid understanding of industrial system operations in manufacturing plants
