Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a QA Manager (Manufacturing, 2000 USD, ID12939)
- Oversee all Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations within the factory, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and procedures.
- Maintain and continuously improve the factory’s Quality Management System (QMS).
- Coordinate and respond promptly to audit requirements and effectively manage customer complaints.
- Lead cross-departmental quality meetings and drive initiatives focused on quality enhancement, process improvement, and OEE optimization.
- Manage the QA/QC department’s performance to ensure all KPIs and operational goals are achieved.
Requirement
- Male, 40–45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- At least 5 years as a QA Manager in an FDI manufacturing company with 300+ employees
- Fluent in English
