Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QA Manager (Garment, $1500, ID21174)
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance systems in alignment with group and customer standards.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to understand, communicate, and fulfill quality requirements and expectations.
- Plan, conduct, and oversee audits, inspections, and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
- Deliver training and guidance to QA/QC teams and relevant departments on customer specifications, quality procedures, and best practices.
- Analyze quality performance reports, identify trends and root causes, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and promote a strong quality culture throughout the factory.
- Support laboratory testing, fabric inspection, and technical problem-solving related to raw materials, production processes, and product quality issues.
- Foster team engagement and strengthen collaboration among QC inspectors and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent quality performance.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- 35–45 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within garment manufacturing factories.
- Proficient in English.
