Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QA Manager (Garment, $2100, ID19847)
  • Attend pre-production meetings to understand quality standards and critical requirements for new styles.
  • Conduct training and promote quality awareness within the Quality Assurance department.
  • Improve product quality by enhancing the Right First Time (RFT) rate.
  • Ensure samples are submitted on time for buyer approval and achieve first-pass acceptance.
  • Comply with quality and product safety standards, daily inspection plans, and sample submission schedules.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and maintain the required final inspection pass rate.
  • Control departmental costs in line with the approved budget.
  • Manage QA staff on sewing lines according to the production plan and resolve daily operational issues.
  • Maintain a clean and efficient working environment; ensure adequate operational supplies, proper documentation, and conduct Gemba walks to improve processes.
  • Coordinate customer visits, monitor process quality, and arrange training activities to meet budget and forecast targets.
  • Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS), ISO standards, brand protection requirements, mold control processes, and the RES.Q system.
  • Control incoming material quality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirement

  • Male or female, under 45 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA Manager in the garment industry.
  • Proven ability to manage 2–3 or more sub-factories.
  • Willing to travel
