Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for QA Manager (1200$+++, ID19642)
- Perform parallel R&D responsibilities: research, development, and improvement of polymer-related products, especially BOPP films.
- Design and conduct laboratory experiments; analyze results and propose product improvements.
- Coordinate technology transfer and monitor pilot/trial production on manufacturing lines.
- Track new technology trends in the polymer field to propose medium- and long-term development directions.
- Manage all quality control activities for incoming raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods.
- Establish, monitor, and continuously improve the quality management system in accordance with ISO standards, internal standards, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and relevant departments to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- Evaluate, control, and maintain the quality performance of raw material suppliers.
- Analyze root causes of defects and customer complaints, and propose effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop quality inspection plans, conduct periodic internal audits, and train QA/QC staff.
- Manage the QA department and closely coordinate with the QC team to ensure overall product quality.
- Prepare periodic reports on product quality performance, arising issues, and key quality indicators for the Board of Directors.
Requirement
- Male / Female, Under 50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Plastics-related fields.
- Experience in managing QA/QC for BOPP film products for companies in the same industry.
- Experience in team management with solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or equivalent quality management standards.
- Basic in English (ability to read and understand technical documents, quality standards, and handle email communication with customers when required).
