Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a QA Deputy Manager (Garment, $1000, ID16783)
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality management systems (QMS) in line with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Supervise and train the QA team to perform daily inspections and audits across all production stages.
- Conduct regular quality audits, monitor production processes, and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure products are in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards before shipment.
- Liaise with the production and design teams to address quality issues, provide solutions, and optimize processes.
- Analyze root causes of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain records of quality checks, reports, and audits, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of quality systems and ensure continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Assist in managing customer complaints and work closely with the customer service team to resolve any quality-related issues.
- Support the QA Manager in ensuring that all quality-related documentation is up-to-date and complies with relevant regulations.
Requirement
- Male/Female. 35 - 50 years old
- University degree in related major
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in QA/QC and at least 3 years of experience working in a similar position.
- Good at English
