Job Description

- Manage and oversee daily operations of the QA section, including quality and environment system according to ISO & IATF standards.
- Establish company-wide quality objectives and lead actions to achieve quality targets.
- Control and monitor all processes related to product quality to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Coordinate and work closely with the parent company in Japan as well as customers on quality-related matters.
- Lead problem-solving activities and handle customer complaints related to product quality, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
Requirement
- Female, 35 – 50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields related to Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an equivalent position at foreign manufacturing companies, within the automotive, mechanical, or electronics industries.
- Skills in planning, leadership, QA/QC, and quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or IATF 16949.
- Japanese language proficiency at N3 level or above, and good communication skills in English.
