Purchasing Manager (Open for Korean Expat, Chinese speaking)

Manage and supervise the entire purchasing department and its operations.

Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers to meet company requirements.

Negotiate and sign contracts with Chinese suppliers and international partners.

Monitor pricing, quality, and delivery schedules of all purchase orders.

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure stable supply and optimize costs.

Collaborate with internal departments (production, warehouse, planning, etc.) to ensure materials meet production timelines.

Oversee import, shipping, and customs clearance processes from China and other markets.

Lead, train, and develop the purchasing team.

Conduct market analysis and propose procurement strategies to optimize costs.

Prepare and present regular procurement reports to company leadership

Korean nationality, fluent in Chinese 

Proven experience in procurement management, preferably in manufacturing or trading companies.

Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Knowledge of international trade, import/export procedures, and supply chain management.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
