Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the lighting project market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, developers, contractors, M&E contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Promote lighting products and solutions to clients and project stakeholders.
- Follow up project opportunities from specification stage through tendering, quotation, negotiation, order confirmation, and project completion.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, procurement, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and collection targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and project pipeline reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and customer events to increase brand awareness.
Requirement
- Male/ Female, 23 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Lighting, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in project sales within the lighting industry.
- Good English communication skills.
