- Develop detailed production plans and assign specific tasks to each production stage and department to ensure optimal workflow and efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate material procurement, including forecasting and requesting the necessary raw materials and components to meet production schedules.
- Collaborate with clients to address and manage issues related to production timelines and delivery schedules, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.

Requirement
- Male; 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Manufacturing Staff in a foreign manufacturing company.
- Strong English writing skills (frequent email communication with clients).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); ERP experience is a plus.
