Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Section Leader (Mechanical, $700, ID 21445):
- Operational Execution: Direct and monitor the implementation of daily and weekly manufacturing schedules to guarantee output targets are consistently achieved.
- Standardization & Documentation: Draft, structure, and maintain all standard operating procedures (SOPs), production logs, and manufacturing guidelines.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Compile operational data to analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed shift progress reports for upper management.
- Troubleshooting & Investigation: Lead root-cause analysis and investigation processes when technical issues, machine downtime, or product quality deviations arise on the floor.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Part Leaders, Quality Assurance (QA), and the Maintenance engineering team to execute process and machinery improvements.
- People Management: Supervise and evaluate the performance of shop floor operators, ensuring workplace safety, discipline, and efficient shift handovers.
Requirement
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Management, or closely related technical disciplines.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience within a mechanical manufacturing plant or a similar high-volume production environment.
- Technical Domain: Hands-on experience working with and overseeing CNC machining operations.
- Capability to work in 12-hour rotating shift patterns.
- Demographic Criteria: Male, aged between 28 and 35 years.
- Intermediate English skills.
