Job Description
Our client is a domestic invested company, currently looking for a Production Manager (Garment, 1400 USD, ID18088).
- Organize and implement production engineering activities; establish and manage production line targets to ensure performance, quality, and on-time delivery goals are met.
- Train and develop the production workforce to meet technical and operational requirements.
- Implement and monitor compliance with company procedures and regulations.
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively to align with production objectives.
- Organize pre-production meetings, sample sewing, and technical documentation deployment.
- Welcome and coordinate with partners/customers during their visits to the factory.
- Resolve issues arising during the production process to ensure smooth operations.
Requirement
- Male/Female. Age: 30-45 years old
- Graduated from the university
- Have 3-5 years of experience in production management of a garment factory with a scale of 500 people, specializing in polo products.
- Good at English
