Job Description
Dream Job Alert! $3,000/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Production Manager (Garment, ID17857) for a foreign investment company.
- Oversee the full production cycle: knitting, linking, mending, stitching, steaming, washing, and finishing.
- Ensure timely production while maintaining quality standards and optimizing productivity.
- Manage daily production schedules, workforce planning, and machine allocation.
- Track and control WIP (Work in Progress); collaborate with IE, QA, planning, and maintenance teams for smooth workflow.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective/preventive measures.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to boost productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
- Develop, coach, and motivate the production team to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health, and labor regulations.
Requirement
- Male/Female, under 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Garment Technology, Production Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in sweater production, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of sweater production processes (flat knitting, linking, washing, etc.).
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Good English communication skills and computer literacy.
