Job Description

- Collaborate with the Sales team and related departments to develop, adjust, and execute production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
- Monitor and control production activities to ensure productivity, efficiency, and product quality standards are maintained.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods to ensure smooth production operations.
- Organize and allocate manpower effectively to optimize labor productivity and operational costs.
- Supervise production supervisors and workers to ensure compliance with company procedures and manufacturing standards.
- Oversee post-processing and packaging operations to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Ensure full compliance with:
- Food safety and hygiene regulations
- Occupational health & safety standards
- Fire prevention and environmental safety requirements
- Coordinate closely with QA/QC and other departments to resolve production and quality-related issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, workflow optimization, and factory layout enhancement projects.
- Support the company’s future factory relocation and setup activities in Long An.
- Prepare regular production and operational reports for management and the Board of Directors.
- Handle additional tasks assigned by management based on business and operational needs.
Requirement
- Male, 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, or other related technical fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Production Manager position within food manufacturing or related industries.
- Experience in food production, food packaging, labeling, or manufacturing operations supporting the food industry is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of food manufacturing processes, production machinery, and factory operations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good reporting and computer skills.
- Good communication skills in English or Japanese.
