Job Description
-
Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities across SMT, PCBA, and Final Assembly lines.
-
Manage production schedules, manpower allocation, and material availability to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality output.
-
Monitor and analyze labor usage variance and material usage variance to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
-
Supervise production teams to ensure adherence to work instructions, ESD controls, and IPC/ISO quality standards.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse) to optimize process flow and minimize downtime.
-
Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance yield, reduce rework, and eliminate waste.
-
Manage manpower planning, coaching, and performance evaluation for Line Leaders, Operators, and Technicians.

Ensure all production processes comply with safety, environmental, and 5S standards.

Support NPI (New Product Introduction) activities including line setup, sample build, and process validation.

Prepare and analyze production performance reports, KPIs, and variance analyses for management review.

Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirement
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong background in SMT, PCBA, and Final Assembly processes.
- Proven ability to manage production schedules, manpower planning, and material control.

Strong analytical skills to monitor variances and drive cost reduction initiatives.

Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
-
Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
-
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-
Familiarity with NPI processes and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma preferred).
