Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Manager (Automotive, Open to Korean Expat, $4000, ID 21421)
- Manage and oversee daily production operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Lead and supervise the production team to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement production plans and monitor manufacturing performance.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth production processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Report production performance and issues to management.
Requirement
- Nationality: Korean
- Gender: Male
- Age: Under 45 years old.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Production Management role within the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
- Good command of English
