Production Supervisor

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Production Supervisor ($1000, ID17274)
Supervise all the production department and support Production Manager 
Production Planning: Forecast tasks to be completed, how to perform them, and production timelines.

Production Process Control: Ensure continuous production operations, meeting production schedules, and saving production costs.

Quality Control: Effectively manage negative factors that could affect product quality.

Production Process Analysis: Analyze and research all methods to find the most optimal production method.

Material Usage Control: Ensure efficient use of materials and consumables to avoid waste in production.

Organize Operational Structure: Arrange and manage resource utilization, including manpower, machinery, funds, and materials, in the most reasonable manner. They also select the most suitable production methods for the factory.

Measure Employee Performance: Evaluate and measure the performance of production staff.

Compliance: Ensure employees adhere to company production regulations and health and safety standards.

Information Communication: Communicate company information and regulations to employees.

Conflict Management and Performance Management: Handle conflicts and manage employee performance.

Reporting: Prepare production results reports and other necessary reports as required by production management.

• Bachelor's degree 
• Minimum 3 years of experience for FDI  manufacturing
• Fluent in English
