Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Production Control Leader (Garment, $1.400, ID15825)
- Analyze the capacity status based on the annual plan, factory line, and the average production of the previous season.
- Make the capacity analysis chart and collaborate with CN planning to determine the capacity solution.
- Be responsible for negotiating with the factory to get line commitment, and then book capacity.
- Follow the timeframe set by CN planning and the sales team to ensure that OP is released on time.
- In charge of cooperating with compliance about the audit factory timeline.
- Analysis and understanding of product strength to allocate capacity percentage.
- Maintain communication and relationships with factory management and provide support if urgent.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female; Age: 27 - 45 years old.
- Graduate from University.
- Have 5 years of experience in planning in garment, with 2 years in the leader position.
- Good at English.
