- Propose improvement ideas to enhance quality/productivity of processes.
- Operate and manage the coating department.
- Plan production for the process and manage raw material inventory.
- Prepare production reports.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 30 - 38 years old
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree in a Technical or Chemical field.
- Having 3 - 5 years of experience in a same position utilizing automation machinery in Japanese manufacturing companies
- Knowledge of organic solvents or coating
- Experience related to quality/productivity improvement and ability to implement the PDCA cycle
- Good at English
