Job Description
The Product Manager is responsible for product research, market analysis, and supporting the Sales team in promoting and selling construction machinery (excavators, bulldozers, loaders, rollers, graders, etc.). The role focuses on developing product strategies adapted to the Vietnamese market, creating competitive advantages, and supporting revenue growth.

Product Research & Analysis

Inspect and evaluate company and competitors’ machines (fuel consumption, vibration, durability, performance indicators).

Provide analysis and improvement proposals to ensure products fit the Vietnamese market conditions.

Market & Competitor Analysis

Study customer needs, market trends, competitors’ pricing and strategies.

Develop action plans linked with Sales KPIs to drive business growth.

Sales Support & Training
-
Prepare product training materials and conduct training for Sales teams.

Support Sales in product demonstrations, customer persuasion, and deal closing.

Product Strategy & Reporting
-
Draft Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and Market Requirement Documents (MRD).

Monitor product usage, collect customer feedback, and propose improvement solutions.

Report key findings and feedback to senior management.

Requirement
- Gender/Age: Male, 35–45 years old.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial, or related technical fields.
- At least 5 years in a similar role (Sales Manager / After-sales Manager / Product Manager).
- Strong knowledge of construction machinery for infrastructure projects (highways, tunnels, mining).
- Fluent in English or Chinese (mandatory).
- Strong analytical, reporting, training, negotiation, and communication skills.
