Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Product Engineering Manager (HVAC/Refrigeration, $2.000, ID 20039):
- Provide direction in product design, development, and manufacturing engineering activities
- Review, refine, and improve existing products (industrial air conditioning, cooling systems, and air filtration systems)
- Coordinate closely with manufacturing teams to finalize and optimize products
- Handle technical problem-solving and provide guidance for engineering challenges
- Develop and validate product improvements, including prototyping and testing when required
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry certifications
- Manage technical documentation including drawings, BOMs, and specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Communicate with overseas technical teams regarding product and technical matters
- Report directly to the General Manager and support in optimizing team performance and efficiency
- Train, mentor, and enhance the capabilities of team members
Requirement
- Male, 30 - 50 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- At least 7–10 years of relevant experience in product design, product development, or manufacturing engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of engineering design, manufacturing processes, and product optimization
- Knowledge of HVAC, cooling systems, or air treatment products is highly preferred
