Job Description
-
Lead the development and innovation of plastic shoe lasts for footwear production.

Oversee mold design, prototyping, and manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and quality assurance.

Ensure compliance with European, American, and Asian standards and procedures for mold production.
-
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively
Requirement
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).

Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience in shoe last/mold development within the footwear industry.

Technical Knowledge: Strong expertise in mold-making processes and the ability to independently develop plastic molds for footwear.

Standards & Processes: In-depth understanding of European, American, and Asian standards and production procedures for plastic molds.

Languages: Fluent communication skills in English or Chinese (both spoken and written).
