Job Description
- Develop prototypes and conduct product performance testing using machines and actual bicycles.
- Manage production standards, technical specifications, and engineering changes.
- Develop samples based on customer requirements and monitor sample progress.
- Improve product/production standards to reduce defects and increase productivity.
- Conduct 4M (Material, Machine, Method, Man) checks and ensure compliance with technical standards across bicycle tire production processes.
- Research and develop new products based on OEM and market requirements.
- Design tire molds/profiles and tire structures.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: Under 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Automotive Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Have 1 years of R&D experience in industrial products, electronics, electronic components, or technically oriented manufacturing industries.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D software, and Microsoft Office.
- Good English communication skills, Japanese is an advantage.
