Job Description
Purchasing:
- Develop purchasing plans based on production needs and inventory levels
- Source, evaluate and select suppliers
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor quality and quantity of goods
- Report delivery status to relevant departments
- Check import-export documents and customs declarations, prepare import and export documents
- Manage product codes and shipment progress
- Maintain related records and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and consultants for year-end finalization
Requirement
- Gender: Female, Age: 25-35 years old
- Graduate from University
- Have 3-5 years experience in purchasing, import-export field, especially in EPE company
- Proficient in Logistic software
- Good at English
