Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Process Supervisor (Electronics, $1.350, ID 20024):
- Team Management: Manage personnel and productivity within the department.
- Technical Oversight: Take primary responsibility for final inspections of dry processing stages, including laminating, drilling, laser, molding, and electrical testing.
- Quality & Productivity: Supervise process quality and implement initiatives to improve overall manufacturing productivity.
- Capacity & Testing: Enhance production capacity, develop testing plans, and perform detailed analysis of results.
- Optimization: Focus on reducing production costs while optimizing quality and technical process parameters.
- Standardization: Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), handle technical contingencies, and lead troubleshooting efforts.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female.
- Age: 28 – 45 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or related technical fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory position.
- Extensive experience in PCB/ PCBA or SMT.
- Proficiency in English (required for reporting and communication).
