Job Description

1. Production Documentation

Create, update, and control process documents (SOP, WI, process flow).

Maintain accuracy and timeliness of the process database.
2. Process Optimization

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes.

Monitor production KPIs and drive efficiency improvement.

Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

Train production teams on new or updated processes.
3. Continuous Improvement & Safety

Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities.

Participate in safety programs and ensure preventive measures.

Support factory safety compliance.
Requirement
- Male/Female, 30-45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 05 years of Experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
- Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and problem-solving tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
