Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become a Private Client Sales Senior Manager (Building Material, ID18285) at a foreign-invested company and earn $2800++/month:
- Responsible for achieving nationwide retail sales targets.
- Manage the retail sales division of Tostem aluminum products across the country.
- Participate in developing sales plans and KPIs for the retail division, and ensure effective execution to achieve set objectives.
- Assign tasks, supervise, and monitor performance of the nationwide retail sales team.
- Develop new dealers and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive sales growth in the retail channel.
- Create specialized documents and procedures for departmental management, and train staff to meet job requirements.
- Design and implement promotional programs for customers and dealers to boost sales during market low seasons.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build training programs for dealers/partners on new products, pricing, customer database updates, and Tostem retail business processes.
- Work with the marketing team to develop communication and promotional activities that support dealer sales.
- Establish connections with design consultancy firms and organize product seminars for architects, encouraging them to recommend Tostem solutions to homeowners.
- Ensure dealers comply with contract terms regarding payment and product collection schedules.
- Implement directives from company leadership across relevant departments/individuals, follow up on progress, and report results to management.
Requirement
- Male/Female
- Have 10 years of experience in managing and expanding retailer/showroom networks, with over 2 years of proven sales team management.
- Proficient in English
