Legal Manager

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Legal Manager (Construction/Project Management, 1700 USD, ID 12123)

• Support and advise on matters related to project construction development, investment and supervision consultants to properly prepare the project execution in legal field.
• Preparing and completing contracts, agreements related to project managemement consulting in construction.
• Ensure project legality and all requirements been met to efficiently run the project.
• Informing any legal changes in legislations affecting the work of other departments in the project.
• Review the documents and contracts related to project managemement consulting legal and coordinate the tasks with subordinates and others departments to ensure smooth processes
• Reviewing and rechecking all the subcontracts related to PMC contracts
• Work with the service lawyer in case of need, under BOD agreement.

• Gender: Male/Female; Age: 30-40 years old
• Graduated from university major in law/legal or related fields.
• Having 05 years of working experience in legal/lawer position or leader level and above in construction/project management consulting/supervision consultants industries.
• Good command of English (Having French languague is a plus)
