Job Description
- Develop and update production plans for in-line and subcontractors.
- Prepare monthly budgets and ensure consolidation of production and shipment plans.
- Create, update, and monitor monthly shipment plans (in-line and subcontractors).
- Develop and follow up packing plans and packing production activities.
- Coordinate pre-preparation activities, update preparation charts, and arrange PP meetings.
- Lead and conduct Saturday operation meetings, ensuring effective communication across teams.
- Track and publish daily minute lost reports to monitor efficiency.
- Manage and follow up factory shipment plans to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and distribute embroidery, printing, and washing plans to relevant departments.
Requirement
- Gender: Male/Female, Age: Under 45 years old
- Graduate from University
- Have 3 years of experience as a Planning & Operation Manager in woven garment factories; Solid experience in production progress tracking, planning, execution, and follow-up to ensure on-time delivery.
- Proficiency in Excel and other office software for planning and reporting.
- Good command of English communication.
